30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Refundable Items
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons other than our error cannot be refunded. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also ineligible for returns.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. Next, check with your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at robbie@pivastore.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at robbie@pivastore.com. and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
